Mary is an absolute expert when it comes to perms – she’s done mine and my friend’s, and the results have been so good that people always ask if it’s my natural hair. That’s how flawless it looks! And then there’s Nicola – what a wonderful lady! Her customer service is next level. She genuinely made me feel like a princess… and I’m a man 😂 She did my highlights and honestly, I walked out of there feeling like Aquaman. The colour, the confidence boost – unreal. Getting my hair done at Nova by Mary and Nicola is hands down the best thing I’ve ever done to my hair. If you’re thinking about treating yourself, don’t hesitate – Nova is where it’s at.

Had a beautiful colour done with Nicola. I used to be red but fancied a change to brown with light blonde highlights. Really recommend this salon, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in - super friendly. Nicola did my hair and she really captured exactly what I wanted. Usually I leave a salon not 100% loving it.... But this time I really did love it. Nicola really listened to what I wanted, offered guidance and did an incredible job. I am so so happy with the outcome (I had a balayage, cut, blow). Aside from how amazingly Nicola did my hair, the whole team were really friendly and it was a lovely experience. 100% recommend!
